    I haven't used it, but imgburn seems to be popular:

    Exactly agree with Bobhm.

    Have never had a problem, but make sure you use a good quality name-brand DVD,

    Oh I am so stupid I already have ImageBurn just didn't know you could use it to make ISO's too :)
