    Acronic Bootdisk Update

    From the Acronics Forum
Issue - The Acronics 2010 Bootdisk does not support wireless keyboard and mouse.
Work Around - PS2 or Direct USB Keyboard or Mouse

    Hello all,
First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with this issue. I will do my best to clarify this situation for you and assist you with the solution. As soon as we noticed several cases with the issue (they were related to not working wireless keyboards and mouse under the standalone version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 build 6053), we have escalated this issue to our Experts Team.
The issue has been reproduced in our lab and we're now testing the fix. As soon as I get the clear information that it resolves the issue - I will post it here.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.
    Thank you.

When is your team going to fix Disk Director? I paid Acronis money for a program that doesn't work with Windows 7 nor Vista.
