TIFF file LZW "batch" compression utility needed.

Greetings and Happy Holidays!

I am knee deep in archiving scanned/retouched family photos, creating DVD slideshows etc, etc, etc....

In particular I am trying to finish up a Christmas DVD.

I need a tool to compress TIFF using LZW. It needs to work in "batch" mode against all TIFF (.TIF) files in a given folder and, if the TIFF file is NOT LZW compressed, process the file and output the file as an LZW compressed TIFF file.

Have looked and cannot seem to find one. I have apps that will save a single file as a compressed (LZW) TIFF file, such as Photoshop Elements 5.0, IRFAN, etc. Photoshop Elements will also process multiple files but not compress them. I do not have one that will process multiple TIFF files just to LZW compress them. Oddly a compression setting is not an option in the Photoshop Elements (5.0) Process Multiple Files option.

Anyone know of something (preferrably free!)?

TIA.
