i want to see my ext3 and ext4 Partition in my seven os and work with Partitions...
please help me.

Sorry, windows cannot see i.e Ubuntu partitions, however Ubuntu can see Windows partitons.

Yes you can!

Ext2Read - Browse Files at SourceForge.net

right click and choose Properties
on compatibility tab down there is an option "run as administrator"

just run the app and W7 will ask you for the permission click yes
and there it should appear is not full like explorer but you can save the filas to another prtition whre windows can open the file.
