declutter menu application not workin'(but supposed to)

Under Vista HP I have used mmm.exe declutter menu application without any problem.
After upgrading to 7 HPremium, it doesn't anymore (tried to reinstall, and to use compatibility with XP or Vista SP2, nothing). I have tried to switch to Vista Basic theme, nothing.

What is odd is that the application works on a clean install of 7 Home Basic !!

So I have no idea of what is there to fix...( I have also used ccleaner before reinstall..nothing)...it's puzzling, pls let me know any hint you may have...thx a lot.

    Hello, Welcome!

I cannot help you much, but let me ask: what is mmm.exe? When I search for it, it appears to be a virus. What A/V are you using? Try using Microsoft Security Essentials.

    Hope this helps,
