| | When i click on the icon and nothing happens, it isn't running in the task list either. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times, nothing seems to comes up. Internet is working fine, it just doesn't seem to ever open the program to allow me to sign in. |

| | Could you have a virus? Try installing Microsoft Security Essentials and immediately running a Full scan. Just for good measure, download Malwarebytes free and do another scan. |
