Windows 7 - can't i decent conversation in Messenger?

| | can't i decent conversation in Messenger? so i sign onto WLM and every 10 - 15 mins or so it logs me out as if it has lost connection. i have win 7 64 bit and the lastest WLM i have trired resetting my router. having wired and wireless disabling kaspersky 2010 unistalling and reinstalling any ideas? |
