Windows 7: Event log warnings concerning Diskeeper 2010

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate SP1, VMware Windows 7 64bit Ultimate SP1

i get this on everyboot. and don't have DK10 or that AntiVirus.

Event Source: wininit
Event Type: Warning
Event Description: Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications

i have no idea what it is as it don't link to a file or anything. ive done alot of running about look for what it could be and still i have not found anything

it is the only Warrning i get in windows 7.

Windows 8.1 (x64)

i have this event also in Event Viewer.
It doesn't cause any problems.
Windows is just letting you know.

To Fix:
Add the offending program to the exclusions list in your A/V Software.
