    Paint Shop Pro question plz

I am wondering if someone can tell me where I have to put the 6 dlls for PSP program for PSP filters. I have tried installing them to the system 32, but I get an error message from winrar. The zip file is good cause I tried to unzip them just to a folder on my desktop and they do extract there.

You must first unpack them if they are zipped or RAR them move them.
    Sounds like you can't unzip?

If you have them unzipped to desktop you should be able to unzip them and store them in System32 directory.
Are you running your zip program AS ADMINISTRATOR?

In the Windows directory, subdirectory SYSTEM32 is correct.
This is actually where most DLL are left.

Are you talking about effects filters for Paint Shop Pro?
If so what version of Paint Shop Pro?

In versions after 7, all you have to do is to extract them to any folder of your choosing. Then in Paint Shop Pro, File>Preferences>File Locations, just locate the type of filter you intend to add (Brushes, Effects, Displacement Maps, etc) and then in its own dialog, add your folder to the folder list by navigating to the folder where you extracted the DLLs.
