I need to update my cellphone. I downloaded the Sony Ericsson Update Service, installed and when I opened:
It just stay like this and after a while it closes.
I really need to update my phone.
Anyone knows how to make it work?
I am experiencing exactly the same issues. Setting compatibility modes does not fix the problem, so it should probably be fixed by Sony Ericsson themselves. I am dying for a tweak to make the Update Service work until SE fixes it.
You can use the update service on the phone itself as it as a software updater built-in.

Problem of the software not working however not solved, but not so important for me anymore.
