Help needed finding kids touchcreen software.

I wonder if anyone can help me out?

My son suffers from Autism and has problems using a mouse and keyboard. His School uses touch screen monitors and software at school and he loves it and its very frustrating fro him to come home and not be able to use our home pc.

So I have built him a new PC with Windows 7 home premium and im using a Packard Bell Viseo 200t multitouch monitor.

Can anyone recommend any cool touch screen programs or games that he may enjoy?

I have a little bit of money to spend but am on a limited budget of about £200.

Additionally, I would like to customize the desktop for him to be able to use it to communicate his needs to us. He is non verbal so its hard for him to let use know he wants. For example, I would like to create a folder on the desktop that his pictures of various food dishes so when he is hungry he can click on the folder and point to what he wants to eat and then we can make it for him.

Is there a way to make windows speak when he clicks on a food dish, so if he clicks on Pasta the computer will say "pasta" this will help him with his speech.

I have already created click able icons on his desktop that will take him to his favourite web sites and that's great but if anyone can think of any other cool things that windows 7 can do that may help him i would be very grateful.
