DAEMON Tools : Windows 7 (Build 7057)

Can someone tell me if DAEMON Tools Lite 4.30.3 works on Windows 7 Build 7057 x64 please.

seriously doubt it... havent heard any breaking new news yet... dont believe the developers will make any progress until 7 atleast reaches RC1... and maybe not till RTM

until then, there are other options for virtual ide adapters/emulators

Deamon-tools not working is due to SPDT not working, and a quote from an admin from who makes the SPDT Driver -

Windows 7 support is work in progress, depending on the test results a beta driver may be released soon (NO ETA!).

ive been looking around, and every one seems to have a problem while installing daemon tools, when i 1st started installin daemons tools it kept reseting 2-3 times , and then after that it worked. and i can install any daemon tools aswell, but on my friends window 7 im trying to install daemon tools, and now it just keeps reseting kinda ****ed up tbh=]

You can try MagicDisc (http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/mi...c-overview.htm)it's freeware and 7 supports it just fine!

There's a new version of DT & SPTD out today, supporting Windows 7 if you're interested.
