Windows 7 - tune up utilities 2010 error... sort of

I was wondering if any has had this prob with tune up utilities 2010.

every time I start windows the tune up icon has a "!" on it meaning that there is something that needs attention and every time its asking me to optimise the setting for displaying contents while dragging or resizing a window.

so I do this (I have it set to have full display settings, my comp can do it no probs) but the next time I start windows the same thing happens as if the setting gets reset every time I turn off the comp...

I have set every setting I can think of to display contents when dragging (in Windows 7's display setting and in tune up's display settings) but it's always the same optimisation that needs attention.

So I can only assume that there is some program changing it back during shut down or start up but I don't use any other windows 7 tune up type program...

Any suggestions?
