Windows 7 x64

I was having ussues with starting up my Inventor Professional 2009, and had them resolved by re activating the built in Administrator. I had to log into the Administrator account to run Inventor, and still can not run it in my User Administrator account, but atleast it works now. Though this isnt the same issue as a crash once it's open, it may help resolve it.
