WL movie maker

    WL movie maker


    I downloaded the windows live pack which included windows live movie maker. I cant find it anywhere. I went to redownload and it says I already have it. What gives?

    Do you mean that you have downloaded windows live essentials but didn;t chose the movie maker as part of it? Check if live move maker is already part of your machine.
    It should be in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Photo Gallery\MoveMaker.exe
    If you simply don't have shortcuts, create one !

    I downloaded WLE, I checked all. I checked the C:\ files you listed. The only thing that shows up are; Movie maker, MovieMakerCore.dll, MovieMakerLang.dll Nothing else is listed for movie maker. Any other ideas.

    I downloaded WLE, I checked all. I checked the C:\ files you listed. The only thing that shows up are; Movie maker, MovieMakerCore.dll, MovieMakerLang.dll Nothing else is listed for movie maker. Any other ideas.
    Yeah, so you do have the program because that movie maker file is the actual program...
    Also, it appears that movie maker requires photo gallery to work properly. Check to make sure photo gallery is working as well

    Don't you see installed Live applications in Start Menu > All Programs?

    No it's not there, every other WLE app is there.
