Windows 7: Capturing video streaming on HDD

Hi, I just cannot find a way how to capture video streaming onto HDD.

Here's the streaming I would like to capture:

It's in foreign language.

If you have a tip for me, I would appreciate it very much.

A few seconds ago I tried something and it seems to work !

During installation make sure to untick all unrelevant boxes, but keep the add to FireFox ticked.
In FireFox I watched the streaming from above and recorded a test sample for a few minutes.
Although there were several drop outs during recording, I was rather surprised to find that the result of the recording hasn't got any drop outs !!
I still can't belive my eyes, need to make further tests .. will report back later.


Edit: Ok, so there is some work involved.

The good new is, that it really records the streaming without the drop outs in excellent quality.

A 20 minutes recording (HQ) resulted in a 600 Megabyte file.
The downside is that the outcome is a .flv file that being played back with the VLC-Player, for some strange reason, doesn't allow to jump forwards or backwards.
I had to close down the player and restart it, to get back to the beginning.

To get a more precise cut out of the scene in question, I then recorded that part with WM Capture (a screen recording tool).
Having set the videobit rate to 1200, 30 fps and the sound to 128 Kbps, the outcome is alright.
A 10 minutes recording (of the original size) then resulted in a 100 Megabyte file.
