Windows 7 - Photoshop cs4 help

I have done this a few times.
I get through the set up and it downloads and i try to open it and it just never loads and nothing pops up. Not even an error notice.
Please help

Edit: Never mind just had to run as Admin. But can someone help with the driver? It says i need the latest driver

Hmm, it's strange that photoshop would require full administrator privileges to run. It seems.....odd......Make sure your antivirus isn't doing something to force you to run it as an admin.

Now, photoshop is a software. Most drivers are for interaction with hardware, unless photoshop has a special software driver it requires. If you are getting a message specifically from photoshop requiring a new driver, please specify what type of driver it is asking you for. Otherwise, if this seems to be unrelated to photoshop, please post on a new thread (perhaps in the hardware section)
