    HP x1000 Laptop crashes after trying to activate


    Install 7 Pro as soon as I try and activate it crashes. I have to go into the bootsect to see my desktop again but still no activation. I have heard now (Within the past day)that HP Laptops and OS 7 have issues. Has anyone any assistance in this matter for me? I know you may need more info from me yet I did a bit at sign up here on the forum

    Hi go Here to the Hp Site and download and install any drivers for your machine.

    Thank you so much for your link. I went there and I was given information stating that for my system only xp and 2000 have drivers. They don't support 7 for X1000. I went back to xp pro and will have to live with that. Thanks again.
