Closing Photoshop shows error in Reliability History

For the last 6 days when I close Photoshop CS4 the (Review reliability History) in Windows 7 64 bit shows the normal close of photoshop as (photoshop cs4 stop working). It dose this about 3 out of 5 shutdowns of this program. Have had Windows 7 for about three months. Can't figure out why this is happening. Photoshop runs fine and appears to close OK. Below are the details as they are in rliability history for this error. Any help would be great.

Figured it out

I noticed that the day before this mess started I had installed an update to my ATI R5770 video card drivers. So I went back and installed the old drivers. Now it's working fine as far as CS4 is concerned. The only problem I have with the ATI card is the grey sceen of death thing. ATI is suppose to be working on that problem.
