Ashampoo Burning Studio problem

    I got a reply back and they said, we fixed this issue in following version:

    http://www.ashampoo-20.com/ashampoo_..._9_9.20_sm.exe

    Kind regards
    I installed this version and open and closed the program numerous times and I had nothing in my event viewer. If the link doesn't work copy and paste it in your browser. I uninstalled my old version then installed this one.

    I set server service to automatic and it worked,


    Dont know what it has to do with it but Im glad it works.

    Thanks for this I had no idea how to fix the problem showing in the event viewer until you posted this solution. At first I thought it was the same download from the ashampoo web site when my original download yesterday as they they are the same name. But I notice it's not your link points to one that has a very slightly different file size. Worked like a gem and no more errors in event viewer for ashampoo.
