    Ashampoo Burning Studio problem

I am having issues with Ashampoo not opening under Windows 7. It appears in the task manager running but there is no indiction on the desktop that I can access its features. Its like its invisible or something. I have tried v7.21 and 8.03 and both are the same issue. How does one correct this problem?

I had 7.21 on before when I first installed Windows 7 and it worked great but today for some reason it is not opening when I double click its icon.

When I had issues with Ashampoo and movie collectorz it was thru an upgrade install from 7068 to 7077. I decided to wipe that version and do a clean install of 7077, Since then I have had no issues with any software I normally use on a regular basis....It appears that the upgrade screwed up some registry entries on those 2 apps....
