    Hello,

Some programs provide that feature, but for the ones that don't you will need to use a third-party program. See this article here: How To Make A Window Stay Always On Top in Windows 7 | Windows 7 hacker

    Hope this helps,

Does this actually work on windows 7? I am trying to get something like this to work, and it doesn't seem to be.

This program works 100% in Win7, is very simple to use and is free: DeskPins Freeware download and review - keep any window on top from SnapFiles It is a little, non-invasive program which you will be able to understand and use in 5 minutes. Put it into the Startup folder so that you find it in the notification area.

I think I tried that one, but I couldn't get it to work with a full screen game. Is my only option to run the game in window mode?

I am not sure I understand how "full sreen mode" for games would be (I never play games) - I guess it is like the Media Center. There it would not work. You need a window to pin - and you must have the notification area accessible to pick up the pin.
