Window live Messenger

Is there a way to recuperate a message that has been cleared on shut off. This messaghe is important that I get it back so thanking you in advance for your help.

Within messenger there is a option of logging your messages is it turned on?

Go to tools>options>msgs, in the bottom part of the window you'll have the location of the saved conversations. By default it is turned on I think?

nope by default is not checked..must setting it. because i have tried.
