Cannot see programs in add/remove programs

Hey, well I managed to update my PC from Windows update. Ever since that critical update, I have only been able to see 3 or 4 programs in my add/remove programs list. Same programs only show up in CCleaner, and Revo uninstaller. Both programs have been removed, since then, but sill no luck. Any thoughts? Thanks alot

You could always to a restore from a previous backup. You could do a repair install.
