They must be having issues. When I click Download on the portable from this page:
CCleaner - Builds

I get download portable page but it does nothing. When I click either link that says "start the download" I just get the spinning circle. The link from MajorGeeks was the same way. It just spins its wheels.

I tried MajorGeeks link again just now for the portable and I got the download. Seems like someone is fixing something along the line. :)

Have you noticed any bugs? The last time I tried updating CCleaner something weird happened and I had to go back to a previous version.

No, I didn't notice any bugs in the last version, but there is a new version out today: v5.28.6005
