Just FYI - Only thing that was fixed from the 3.05.1408 build was this one bug. All the rest of the changelog was from the previous 1408 build.

- Additional fix for Steam caching issues. (Build 1409)

Steam... the game client, correct? If one does not use this game client then would it be better for one to wait until they release a more substantial update?

If you had the previous build, and don't use Steam then there's no real reason to update to the current build. You can if you want to just be up to date with it though. It's not any better or worse, just up to your preference.

CCEnhancer 2.3 Released.

Information

CCEnhancer 2.3 simplifies the user interface by moving the configuration settings to the bottom menu. The idea is to reduce the complexity to a single button, which is all the majority of users will ever use. I’ve also fixed a bug that could potentially cause the program to throw an error while closing, if being run from a limited permissions user account. This release is a full 70kb smaller than the last version!

what does it mean
"Registry cleaner for Windows Services" ?
Aren't they fixed values ?
