    Divx plus 8 issues


    I think its a piece of cr#$# this software, cracking sound, freezes, etc. I couldn't find the complete system requierements either.

    Somebody having the same issues?

    Looks like .mkv is the next big thing anyway. Although some xvid HD res. files don't look bad either, if you can play them. DVD resolution xvid looks pretty good on my Philips stand-alone but anything over DVD res. it can't handle it. Pretty lame to convert down just to upscale.

I've read several times now that W7MC will run divx out of the box? I have W7 Pro (RTM, legit) & it doesn't seem to see any of my .divx files -do I need to create the file association somehow? Thanks
