if I have to install a program that used to be run on windows 98, it's an old program, will it work in windows 7 | My System Specs |

It might, it might not.
The easiest way to find out is to install it and run it in compatibility mode.
If it is 16 bit and you are running 7 64 bit it will not run.

If you have an old copy of 98 lying around you could try installing it within Virtual Box and then run your app on your Virtual copy of Windows 98 (as long as it's not too relient on the GPU)
