Windows Live Messenger link and online problems.

Hey everyone, I keep on having lots of issues with Windows Live Messenger

    Problems are as follows:

1.) Will not see Http: links in a chat when someone or me links to a web page.
SOLVED This issue by re installing msn plus software
2.) I am shown off-line to myself and to others, but a few can see me online :S

I have tired re installing windows live messenger and repairing it.

I am using (1)A-patch.org's program to hide advertisements and nudge delay and etc. and (2) Messenger Plus for tabbed chats.

It is driving me nuts having to copy the links to paste them into my browser and have not people know I am on-line.

Anyone ever encounter this error or or know a fix please?

Also If this is in the wrong section please let a mod or admin know to move it to the correct area.

When I log into msn it changes the status if I want to do it and it shows up on the messenger.

Changing passwords does not do anything to remedy the problem. I have no idea why the program does not change my status changes. I did take off Apatch.orgs modification thinking the way it blocks advertisements was blocking msns way of changing my status. It also recently did start changing but I don't know because if it did it would affect everyone else. Unless its select few are suffering.

The only that I can do for now to fix is to log it into show it shows me on-line but I want a permanent fix

    Your not the only one.

It's not our fault, something with the servers maybe?

I am not completely sure, because or else I wouldn't be able to log in at all. Where are you located at?

Somehow my verizon fios proxies me into British islands, lol. Or Africa even though I am in South part of California.

then again mistakes do happen? Has anyone else had issues, this is such a pain. It shows my name as zezasu ( should say my real name) since I made a trillian account because of the issue. So now I am even more confsued. This was after my issues arose so i changed it. So It does notice changes from Trillian's program. I deleted it though since it just was not good. I like WLM how it is.

I'd say 90% of the people who are using Windows Live are having this problem, you can still talk to your contacts, just offline message them if you think they're on.
