Windows 7: Windows Live Messenger

About a month ago, my WLMessenger stopped working. It starts to log me on, and at the time, when it should display my contacts and everything, a moment before that, it displays an error message : Service Currently not available. I heard some kind of news from the radio, that in my area (Estonia, Eastern Europe), lots of people have had problems lately with Live Messenger.

Any suggestions ?
