    Messengers, AOL,MSN

I do not have this issue with my Yahoo, but I do with AOL and MSN.
Its like they have their own windows and they have the icon on the taskbar which is what I want, I just do not want the extra window. I don't see a point to it. I want the extra window to be closed but the Icon to stay on the task bar.

    [Off Topic]

As i just use it as windows in the task bar as I'm not used to them in the notification area anymore, why have all these separate messengers when you can have a multi-protocol one? :S ..sorry for being off-topic on your question.

if you just open the bad one and close it making it minimize to the notification area, is that what you are getting at?

I think the BAD icon shows that AOL messenger is actively running & signed in & available. If you sign out & exit it will not show.

I have digsby but it does not support webcam. If you know of one that supports webcam a massive messenger that is I will be more than happy to use that. Although I do have skype now. .. I dunno not everyone has skype though,

And thats the point I do believe. I don't want to have to sign off and exit in order for it go away. I just want the little running aim dude to be there. I guess. Its just annoying is all.
