One thing you might consider is the (now) free version of Nero 9 light. I have the full version and it works fine with Cue/Bin files. I used to use Alcohol 120% for those in Vista, but got fed up with having to reactivate it nearly every time I made a change to my PC.
Don't know if the "light" version will work, but it's a free download from Nero, and it
's not a time-limited version.
