Unable To Install Adobe Air on Windows 7

Hello again : )

I am unable to install adobe air on my PC, but I used to install it without problems. It begins installing, the progress bar fills, but then no action even during 2 hours. Only via task manager can I turn it off.

So, that's what I have tried to fix the problem(but I failed : ) )

1.I tried installing the latest STABLE version of course, even beta, but no results.
2.As seen on adobe official website, I deleted Adobe air appdata files, even with windows install clean-up, but it didn't affect.
3.I set windows vista compability and then tried to install, but it didn't help neither.

Have you tried installing as an administrator? (right-click/run as administrator).

Well, I have tried installing it in safe mode, but it said maybe administrator didn't allow to perform the action(I have the administrator account, and even tried installing it via "run as administrator")

Any other suggestions?
