    Windows Crash because of Utorrent


    Hello,

    if someone can help me its will be great..
    i have some problem at utorrent..
    when i run torrent file (game/software/movie) my pc crash and blue screen show up..
    this is ths screen it shows: http://www.techerator.com/wp-content...ds/hp-bsod.jpg

    what should i do?

    When i try to make a Zip File with the dump files winrar write an error: "Access is denied"
    What Should i do now?

    copy the .dmp files to your desktop...select all...send to -=> compressed (zip) folder...attach zip file to your next post for analysis....

    A quick glance shows netio.sys as a cause of them, which, as you can guess, is a network driver.

    I suggest looking for an updated network card driver in Device Manager, or on the manufacturer's site.

    If you need help finding one, please fill in your system specs, as explained in my signature.

    Make sure you didn't download a virus too I had that same issue but was a bad virus that I got

    Im download a torrent from Torrentleech it cant be a Virus
