Windows 7: ITunes 9

ITunes 9

I've successfully installed ITunes version 9.0.2 however I'm having some problems with sound. When I try to play a song it starts up fine and then the sound cuts out while the track is still playing. If I adjust the volume on my computer the sound comes on for 2 seconds and then cuts out again. Any help?

It's doing it when I run video from the MSNBC site as well so it's not just limited to ITunes.

Probably a problem with your sound card check and see if the latest driver is installed.

Edit: If that doesn't work check all cables on speakers, Then try new speakers. If still doesn't work try downloading VLC Player and just play a song in that if it still cuts out your card is probably bad. 7.1 Sound Card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829132013

I tried installing the latest driver and that didn't work. I took the computer back to the store since it was brand new and they checked it out. Turns out something was defective and they replaced it. Thanks for the help.
