    problem with unknown pub in photoshop 7


    When I open up photoshop 7, the unknown pub box opens and wants to change the settings on the computer. If you say yes, its says scratch disk is full and it wont open photoshop. This is a old program with a brand new xps dell windows 7 computer. What can be done to eliminate the unknown pub box?

    Don't have that program, but have you tried this? Compatibility Mode
