    Hi,

    Im guessing you want to fix it? Try unintsalling Vipre, and reinstalling it again. Make sure Windows Firewall is turned OFF to prevent conflicts between the two.

    I'll suggest to uninstall Vipre with Revo Uninstaller. It will delete the remained registry items.
