Problem Installing a software... PLEASE HELP!!

I recently just purchased a software called UVLayout ... it installs fine but won't open. I have Windows 7 pro 64 bit

the software requires a dongle, and is from Australia. I've contacted the manufacture and they don't know what the problem could be. Mainly because this is the first time this type of problem has happen. I even installed to demo version to see what would happen but the demo works fine... but the Pro version (which is what I bought) doesn't...?

since the problem is really slowing me down on my projects I decided on installing the virtual pc (xp mode) and it works fine but really slow... I up'ed the ram on the VPC and enable the intergration features... and its still very slow...

I would like for the software to work on my actual computer... can anybody help?

Uninstall from Win7, reboot, then try and reinstall in XP compatibility mode... right click on the installer and choose troubleshoot compatibility. That should work!
