schedule a task to trigger on firefox's launch

I want to schedule a task to launch when I open Firefox 3.6.4, but I can't understand the options that I need to change. Can someone give me directions as to where I can find the menu option to use Firefox as the trigger (see menu below to see where I was searching for FF)?

Why not launch both from a single batch file?

start firefox
start other_app
exit

Firefox_Other.cmd
