Hi there
*might* be OK but I'm happy with GPARTED which I know works fine.

Still this type of tool is always useful if you are messing around with (un)-installing OS'es.

Cheers

After you register you are emailed a license so if you keep the installation files from your user temp directory you will be able to reinstall at a later date.

Which files do you need? The installation files in your temp folder? Thanks, I'll try that.

Keep the entire folder and run launcher.exe to install...worked fine on a computer not connected to internet as well as others connected to the internet. Since I have several email addresses I registered several licenses for familly and friends.

It's everything Partition Manager 9.0 Express was not.

Sweet....thanks. I have never used it before. People have recommended the paid version....This could become a VERY useful program. I use Easeus but I am switching to Paragon now. Great software and a sweet deal for free. People are going to look at this thread tomorrow and be sorry.

It's not what I would call 'fully compatible' with 7 yet. I just tried it on my laptop, with what could have been disastrous results.
I was using it on a dual boot acer aspire 5610, dual boot, Win 7 7000 and Vista sp2 RC with 7 being primary.
I'd shrunk my Vista volume by 6 gig,(using the disk management snapin) and then tried to use Paragon to add it to my 7 volume. Part way through the operation, it BSODed, blanked the display, and had to go into recovery mode.
Fortunatly, the recovery cd worked ( eventually ), but it was touch and go.

Make sure that you have the rescue CD burnt before you attempt using Paragon, as it can be difficult to find the ISO on their website and have your 7 DVD ready.

This is a lot more than just a partition tool. It had back up and restore. Copy (partitions or whole disks) boot manager wizard....and more. This is a better program than I thought. Glad I stumbled upon it this morning.

Also, Thanks for the tip polycue. I want this on the RTM of Windows 7 when it comes out. I hope it works at that time. haha I hope so.

Have you done some partition work with this on your 64-bit system? Let us know if all is well.

Regarding the tip, you can always try it tomorrow to confirm...although I dont see it being a problem.
