How hidden do you need them to be? If you need secure, use an encryption program such as the free Truecrypt.

So this first one shows you how to lock a folder without any additional software. Looks complicated though, but I thought I should include it anyways!

How to Lock and Hide Folders in Windows Without Additional Software

And, then here are a couple sites for free software!

Free Hide Folder - Download
Password Protect Secret Folder, Hide Folder Lock Folder
Folder Lock - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

I hope these help!

If other users have administrative rights on the computer you can't lock them ( The other user could get into them no matter what you do.) Encryption software is the only option. I also recommend truecrypt.
