Windows 7: ntdll.dll error with Windows Live software

yes! i have reinstalled two times, and i have do the "repair install" two hours ago! I have only wlivemail e wlivemessenger. But i have the same problem with others programs, like the games included in Windows 7 RC!!! For example with chess i have no problem, but if i run freecell, it don't start, the freecell.exe in task manager appear and disappear in 1 second. If i run it with "run as administrator" it work fine!
