    IE not downloading because "Unknown Publisher"


    I was able to dowload CCleaner and superantispyware which were suggested by two members here right after I restored my computer do factory defaults using the partition of my disk, but now it isn't letting me download things, such as firefox, of a third antivirus software they suggested.

    I am using a limited account with a password protection and password on the admin account like they said also.

    tried google chrome and got an error also. cant download anything still. -.-

    -.- click save instead of run and BOOM fixed.

    well that fixes the problem half of the time now. the other half, using firefox sometimes cures it
