| C:\ 57 posts | WHY? Lime Wire Won’t Download My PC recently crashed and I’m trying download Lime Wire and its telling me “An older version appears to be running.” I’ve done a search and no Lime Wire in my PC. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance, Scotty13 |

| Windows 7 Ultimate 12,112 posts The Southern Hinterlands | Open your task manager and look under processes for lime wire... if its there, end the process... however, Ill tell you right off the bat that Limewire/gnutella networks are virus magnets and should be avoided like the plague...  |
