If you are speaking of the app called Windows 7 Loader, that is illegal. It can be used to activate Windows using a back way in the system This is considered piracy and is not allowed to discuss on this forum

Regarding the other thing; you might be talking about either the Phoneix BIOS, or ASRock Instant Boot

The best way to make your pc boot faster is to do the following:

Go to start menu search and type Msconfig
    Go to Startup
Uncheck the applications which you don't need to start when Windows starts.

    And here's some more:
In msconfig, go to boot and then to advanced options
Here you can set the PC to boot with a special number of core's which might make the pc boot faster

NOTE: Do NOT experiment with this unless you know what you are doing!

Total Myth. This is for certain debugging situations only and will not speed up booting.
Check the news forum here,, I don't know where it is now, but it has been proven a myth.

Windows already uses the maximum amount of cores available for booting. This setting is for limiting the number of cores used.

@OP the easy way to speed up your boot process is to not boot at all. Sleep/standby is the way to go. Without a password, it doesn't even take a whole second to get to the desktop.

    Really!? Whoops sorry
I read an article on a Danish Windows 7 site, and it said that it would speed up booting.
    Sorry, my bad
