I hear about this program and seen some videos in youtube about it but no one really displayed their computer actually using it. What this program does is that it makes your pc boot in or about 10 seconds with a new bois or something similar to that. I thought i would bring up this topic to see if anyone here ever used Windows 7 Loader to make their pc boot up in 10 seconds?

AFAIK, the Windows 7 Loader is used to bypass the WGA and make it look as though the copy is genuine.

Please keep in mind that they are booting a virgin 7 install with no startup apps.
A fully loaded 7 with many updates and many startup apps, is [not going to] maybe I should say, I would be very surprised to see a real world Windows 7 install fully loaded with apps and not heavily tweaked on disabled services, go from off to desktop in 10 seconds. You will get closer to that with an SSD, Pheonix Instant Boot BIOS and some really fast RAM, on a high end mobo and i7 (probably) CPU. I am just guessing here, that that's about what it would take.

When you install some programs, they will also start on windows startup, because they have to be running in the background or so that they can open faster. These will also slow down the startup. Ex. Daemon Tools (if enabled at startup) Winzip (Quick Pick Tray, by default) Antivirus Touchpad, Video drivers...
Basically,, a straight 7 install with all updates added and not heavily tweaked (which 7 doesn't need) (meaning, lots of services disabled and other applications removed, and nothing running at startup), with possibly Office and other needed apps, as well as all the extra little apps and drivers running.

The Phoenix Instant Loader doesn't have much to do with the OS.
It is a BIOS firmware that Phoenix Developed for their particular systems with a Phoenix BIOS.
If you watch that video, you will see that it skips past the Post Screen very quickly, in 1 sec
Then loads windows. Only, the version of windows loading in that video, loads way too fast. No one other than heavily tweaked system with SSD drives is going to get windows to boot that fast, or without sleeping or hibernating. So i am skeptical about the 10 sec boot for anyone that has a properly setup, non-tweaked system, running on plain 7200RPM mechanical HDD's, with lots of software and all the patches installed.
