I did a custom install of Windows 7, and I'm not sure why Microsoft Works got wiped out when I thought Windows 7 would simply overwrite the pre-loaded software. They're usually in the Startup menu.
Although I did backed up Program File x86 (in Windows OLD) I can't find the application of MS Word Processor and MS Powerpoint those are the two software I prefer to have. I still have the old version of MS Word and Powerpoint (2001) and I don't think I'd want to buy the entire office suite from MS if I just want the basic stuff.
Would appreciate some suggestions for a work-around...
