Utorrent slow speed

Hey. My download speed is 2.5 mb. My download speed got down on utorrent. the things I set to download on Utorrent download at 330 kB on average when a week ago it was 1 mb. What may cause it?

In the past, I do have upload speeds of 400 kB/s to 1.0 mB/s for popular torrents. But now, my upload speeds is either nil or just a few kB/s. I checked the peers I have for the torrents, most of my torrents have an oddly low number of peers now, either 0 or just 2-3. Is this weird ? Even...

I have a proxy internet at my hostel which do not allow torrent downloads using any client directly. So i downloaded a software called SpotFlux which creates a VPN and the torrent download started :) But now i do not understand then when i download a video or anything using Internet Download...

PiraNow the download speed changes from time to time and once it got up to 1.1KBps .-. Now my current speed is 300KBPS | Edit: Dropped down to 190... 90..80. 75.. 23... 172.. 1.1MBps. Well, does anyone know how to increase utorrent download speed?

Recently moved house and had installed my internet today, the exact same setup. Right now the only difference with this setup is that the router is plugged into my laptop, and if anything, it's closer to my computer than it was in the previous house. My problem is that it randomly goes slow...
