not able to install on windows7

Hi i am facing some problems when i tried to install few applications on my laptop which has windows 7 home basic OS installed. i am getting below error.

"an error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory" Acces is denied.

the screen shot is attached.

please help me in this regard.

Did you try to disable UAC and also giving Microsoft Full Permissions in Registry

No... i dont know how to disable UAC and giving full permission to microsoft in registry.

To disable the UAC, type the same in search. You will see user account control,change it to the lowest setting.

Also try taking ownership
