    Hi Tucker

    Welcome to Seven Forums:)
Have you tried contacting Norton support via the "Fix Now" Button?
Generally, in these cases, you would have to reinstall the software but there is a process that you need to follow and the first action is to contact Norton support.
Norton will provide you with a link to an uninstaller that will clean out the existing but retain your licensing information. Following that, you may be required to download and install the latest installer/ software version for your application. This usually resolves the issue.

Keep us posted on your progress

    Hope this helps and regards

Hallo tucker, just have a check in the Action Center that you don't have both Norton & Windows firewall running at the same time.
If so turn off Windows Firewall from your Control Panel :)

I am assuming you are on the mentioned computer so obviously you have connectivity but something is blocking Norton & Malwaebytes from updating.
This is known behavior of some Malware.
Have a scan with Malwarebytes (even though its not up to date) & see if it picks up anything

If Malwarebytes comes back with being infected then remove the infected items (let malwarebytes do its thing it may request a reboot)
Then see if you can update Norton & Malwarebytes, if you can then run full scans with both programs.

If your scan comes back clean then try turning off your firewall (temporarily)
from within the Norton control panel & try updating again.
If you can update, then we know the firewall is the problem.

If it is the Firewall then you could white list the programs (but it seems stupid having to get Norton to white list Norton)

I would probably go with Lomai initial suggestion of doing a clean install of Norton

You may need to uninstall Norton, then reinstall it...
